Why do people recommend Home Depot?
Thousands of good retail stores out there, yet so many people post recs to go to Home Depot, despite prices there which may very well be higher than competitors, or looking for advice from a twenty year old still living with mom? Yes, a good place for lots of one thing, like a hundred studs or three hundred feet of one inch PVC, or some common widget on Sunday afternoon, but then?
Give me a local lumber yard, local Ace or True Value hardware store, local tool store, plumbing/electrical/HVAC distributor anytime.
Am I missing something?
Because they have never shopped there,
I use to,
every time i went there and tried to get some help, either the person was on break
or that wasn’t
there dept, and every sign was in spanish,
