What would be a good price for a 16 by 18 deck and covered patio.? Pressure treated lumber used,Deck frame to be 2 by 8pt. Roof to be 2 by8 and 2 by 6. Finished vinyl ceiling with ceiling fan.Roof to run with same pitch as existing roof with slight kick at bottom to keep height? All surfaces will be painted.Permits and debris removal included. Thanks Footer must be dug for deck.
