Where’s the cheapest Rough Cut Lumber in Texas?

I am looking at building a barn, and would like to find an unknown, or weekend mill to buy from. Some people have those cross-cut timber saws that look like a band saws on tracks.

is there an amish population anywhere in texas? they use rough cut hemlock here in pa. they can put one up in about 4 days…very reasonable too…
