Is it illegal to sell stuff on ebay which you bought from wholesale websites?

i live in usa.
I will buy the products for cheap from WholeSale Chinese Websites ( For example chinavasion.com )
And i will sell it on ebay or amazon.
Is it illegal to sell chinese wholesale products online ( on ebay/amazon) from usa ?

It’s not illegal to re-sell items for a profit.

UNLESS the item is a knock off version of designer brands. Since you said it’s from China, that’s more than a little possible. In that case, it is certainly illegal. Copyright laws protect those, and they can and will be removed from ebay if spotted.
